Telora is the fellowship that helps hackers start startups.
We believe there could be ten times more successful startups if ambitious hackers had the right kind of support before the startup. We help you transform from student to founder. Telora runs year-round in Miami, with fellowships starting in January and June.

We started Telora with our own money. This isn’t philanthropy, but it’s close. It is our way of giving back while exploring our suspicion that this is an old idea whose time has come.

If there had been something like this when we were first starting out, we would have jumped at it. Start our own startup together, or split up to get boring jobs at big companies? Hmm, difficult choice…

Cofounders

Angie has been hosting friends at home and at work for more than 20 years. She’s become a second mom to dozens of founders. If Telora feels like a family, it’s because of her.

Eliam was the cofounder of Willing (YC S15, Founders Fund). We made it easy to make wills online without a lawyer and were acquired by MetLife. The technology we built now powers the world’s largest legal insurance company.

Kris likes robots, software, ethics, and economics so much he wrote a book about it. He was the CTO of Willing and built the robotic locksmith in your grocery store.
